Artnetbook.com offers a quick contacts importation to our gallery management tool by using CSV files. This feature will help art galleries easily migrate to artnetbook.com software just in seconds!
Artnetbook.com supports importing CSV files from Outlook and some other apps. It also support importing vCard from apps like Apple Address Book. If you have the contacts .csv file which is not supported by Artnetbook.com, you can easily fix it by yourself. You just have to order all information in your file in such sequence: name, date_of_birth, email, telephone, skype, notes, company_name, home_address, office_address, code, registration_date, firstname, lastname Also you should paste this header in a very top of your file.
If there is less data than the header requires, you should leave a space between two commas.

For uploading CSV or excel files Artnetbook users should go to ARTWORKS and there they will find the button UPLOAD CSV.
There is only one rule for uploading CSV or excel files into Artnetbook.com system. The columns of the information in your file should be laid in such sequence: AUTHOR, TITLE, YEAR, DIMENSIONS, TECHNIQUE, PRICE and NOTES. Any additional information in other columns will not be imported in Artnetbook.com system.
